With land bought in Village Square, you are limited to a choice of 11 preferred Builders. There are some familiar ones, but most i have never heard of.
The only research i could do is either on Productreview.com.au and on the Homeone forums. Some of the smaller builders, there is no feedback, comments, reviews anywhere on the internet which makes choosing them a lot harder. Its rather a big leap of faith to be forking hard earned dollars on an company which you know nothing about.
Casaview :
One builder, Casaview has good reviews and their designs aint too bad. We have walked through the Elite 33 in the Edmondson Park display village a few times now and both the missus and myself quite like the design and layout. 
Practical Building :
We also liked the Stylista design by Practical Building – Also displayed in Edmondson Park. Especially love how the front of the house looks along with the long balcony outside the master bedroom.
Emilio and his team are extremely nice to deal with. He does not charge to obtain a detailed quotation and are flexible in making changes to their designs.
